With hard work, finally Pil-gi (Cha Seung-won) has saved enough money to make his late father's wish come true. He can buy his own house. But once he moved in he was attacked by another occupant of the house. It is a ghost, who claims to own homes and are trying to scare him. Pil-gi but refused to give up his dream so easily. He called the police, inviting friends to stay overnight with him and tried exorcism ritual. Nothing was working. During an attack by a ghost he was hit by lightning and wake up in the hospital.
The first decision was to sell the house now, but then he discovers that he can see ghosts from now. This is a Win-ha young woman (Jang Seo-hee). Less afraid when he could see and talk to him he decided to stay, but then take bids from speculators who wanted to build a hotel on its soil. Now it's time afraid of ghosts. She asked him not to sell the house and told the story of his life and now he is trying to help him.
